Happy St George's Day for yesterday!

I've had a busy week last week. I can't even remember most of what I've been up to! But I'll make sure to add a few updates soon. In the meantime, have a look at the lovely roast dinner I cooked last night (I'm starting to get the hang of it now, I think that was my fourth roast chicken - how grown up of me!)

      Hehe thanks, it was! (Even though I do say so myself..!) I love making my own stuffing from breadcrumbs/lemon rind/egg yolk/butter as well - I didn't realise how easy it was until I tried it. Mmmm... delicious :)
